Street noise is clearly audible from within the room, which can disturb light sleepers. One guest experienced a leaking bath and issues with WiFi and other room facilities.

Some of the staff members were helpful and super-friendly. My room included climate control, multi-channel television and a refrigerator. The bed was very comfy, a Jacuzzi worked well😃👌

The staff was very responsive.

I encountered flooding in the bathroom, causing all my belongings to get wet. Despite requesting a room change, I received a room with insufficient soundproofing that let in a significant amount of street noise, disrupting my sleep. This, especially since I was hoping for a peaceful retreat in the city.

This hotel is conveniently located in a lively area, perfect for exploring. The room was cozy, with a lovely warm water shower, and there were plenty of good cable channels to enjoy. Although breakfast was simple with limited options, the Danish pastries were a good highlight. Communication was a bit challenging due to the language barrier, but the friendly staff made every effort to assist. I appreciated the peacefulness of our room on the top floor, despite prior concerns about noise.

I really enjoyed my stay in a spacious room with comfy beds and clean linens. The free Wi-Fi was a nice touch. The leisure area had a great sauna and cozy TV room, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The only minor thing was that the breakfast could have used a bit more variety, but overall, I’d totally recommend this place! 😊

This place is good, and has everything I need, great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a snack bar. The staff helped me find my lost bracelet on my first stay, and Jennifer went out of her way to assist . I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable experience. I'm coming back for a holiday.

Nice stay with helpful staff

I was kinda surprised with the comfy bed and clean vibe of my room! Wifi was super fast, a lifesaver. I enjoyed a tasty dinner from the snack bar, props to the chef! One thing to note is the tiny window. It didn't bother me, but it might for others.

The location was excellent, situated in a safe and popular area with lots of nearby attractions. The staff was attentive. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, which contributed to a comfortable atmosphere. The common areas had some interesting art.

The spacious room had a nice rain shower fixture that felt refreshing. Bring earplugs for the street noise if you're a light sleeper.
